NEW Reading is Fundamental Expansion!

The Literacy Partnership is seeking new sites to implement the federally supported Reading is Fundamental program. The partnership is a multi-site administrator for 12 sites in Norfolk Public Schools, 10 of which are funded and resourced by the Rotary Club of Norfolk.
